New application – Add Document / Note – Optional

On the new proposal form, you can supply documents and notes before submission.

Note: Notes /  Documents will not be used in our automatic underwriting process, but may be used in case of a manual referral.

To add a note or a document, simply visit the Document / Notes tab:

Notes can be added by using the “+ Add Note” button, while documents can be added by using the “Upload” button.
