Task Type – Invoice – Using invoice Template
Firstly, locate the invoice task, either in the activity panel or the task tab.
Once you are editing the invoice task, the PDF Invoice option should be visible in the task; simply click the link.

Depending on your device, the PDF might download, open in a new tab, or ask you to save.
Once you have saved this file, you will be required to print, sign and scan the file back to your documents.
To return the document back to AU Finance, simply click the upload button.

Locate the file on your device, and select Open. The file should now be added to the task.

Once you have provided the document, simply hit complete.
