I can’t see any tasks?

Firstly don’t worry.

While processing your application, most tasks are only available once we have an acceptance in place for you.

If your workflow banner (Click here to explain the workflow banner) shows “With Lender” we are still waiting on a decision.

But I am already accepted?

If you have an acceptance available and have been informed about a task waiting for you, then it is likely there is an issue with the data we hold on you.

When registering the information on the proposal must match the account you registered with.
