In your task area, you will see a task with the type Security Check.

To begin click on “Start Security Check” located in the actions column.

Please note that the answers provided on the security check must match the ones provided on the application.

What happens if I fail?

Don’t worry, sometimes a check can fail on a small data mismatches, for example if there is a different spelling on the voters roll vs the answer provided the check will fail. In the event that a check has failed don’t worry our friendly team will give you a call to review any questions which might have caused the check to fail.
