Task Types – Security Call
A security call task type can only be actioned by the main applicant.
You will be able to view the status of a security call by using the Documents and Tasks tab.
You can send a reminder to the customer, which will send them an SMS message. Please note that the system will automatically do this every 24 hours when it’s the only task remaining.

You can also view the status of the security call at any time on the main applicant’s details panel.
