New application – Individual (With Quote)
In this article, we are going to focus on adding an individual application when a quote has been performed; the process varies slightly for company proposals, please see the following guides for help with Company Proposals:
Company proposal
Once you have generated a quote, and the customer is happy to proceed select the Propose option.

The quotation will be transfer to the loan section on the new proposal form.

By default, you should see your Dealership name prefilled in the Dealer Name field, and the individual proposal type selected.
Note, if you have access to additional branches, you can select the required branch in the drop-down menu – See Multiple Branches for more information.

Once you have completed all the relevant sections, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions listed and click on submit.
If any mandatory field is missing information, you will receive a red error message.
Please check that all mandatory fields are complete and there are no red validation “X” on the proposal form.
When the application is submitted, a welcome email and SMS message will be sent to the customer. – Learn more about Customer Journey
